Registration

We have a new registration form and below is important information to know BEFORE signing up.

Event Information

The Primary Contact (Player 1) on our new registration form is responsible for communicating all event, registration, and cancellation policy information to all the people they register.

Time Slot Selection

You will be required to select your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd time slot preference. You must select at least TWO DIFFERENT time slots. Once time slot preferences are submitted, they cannot be changed. If you do not select at least two different Time Slot options, your registration will be cancelled and entry fees refunded minus all processing fees. See Game Day Schedule for more info on time slots.

Teams

Groups can request to play together as a team. We will do our best to accommodate team requests, but cannot guarantee them. All teams will consist of a minimum of 10 players. If you are entering a team of 9 players or less, we will add players to your team. Due to increased demand and limited space, we can no longer reserve full games. If you and your son(s) are wanting to play with friends, everyone will need to sign up together on one registration form OR everyone will need to register separately on the SAME DAY with the SAME TIME SLOT PREFERENCES and all teammates names listed. If you do not register on the same day, we cannot guarantee that you all will play together. We reserve the right to adjust or change any team up to and on game day. No teams are exclusive. If you’d like to play against another team (as described above) you can request this, but it cannot be guaranteed. Event Communication

Email is how we communicate all event information. The Primary Registrant will receive an email confirming the receipt of your registration. The Wednesday prior to the event, the Primary Registrant will receive another email informing them of their playing time and other important game day information. If you do not receive the confirmation email, it may have been caught in your spam folder. Make sure you check that folder, or you can add Darin@fathersonbowl.com to your contact list in order to stay connected.

Cancelation Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Once registered, you will not receive a refund if you or anyone you registered cannot participate. Registration fees cannot be transferred to other players. If the event is rescheduled for any reason and you cannot participate on the rescheduled date, we reserve the right to give a refund minus any processing fees.

Release and Indemnity Agreement

Every player is required to sign a Release Form, as noted below, in order to play in the event. Release Forms can be downloaded at Pregame.

By agreeing to this, I expressly assume the risk of damage or harm to person or property. Accordingly, neither the Father and Son Sports, Inc., YMCA, LASKO or any of its agents, employees, servants, or invitees shall be liable to me or any of my family, agents, employees, servants or invitees for any damage to persons or property when and to the extent that any such damage or injury may be caused, either proximately or remotely, wholly or in part, by any act or omission, whether negligent or not, of the Father and Son Sports, Inc., YMCA, LASKO or any of its agents, employees, servants, or invitees or due to the condition or design or any defect in the building, fields, its mechanical systems, or its equipment.

By agreeing to this, I expressly grant full irrevocable permission to the Father and Son Sports, Inc., with no obligation to compensate the Participant, to use the Participant’s name and likeness, including, but not limited to, the use of the Participant’s name and likeness in any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings or other record of the Event for all publicity and merchandising purposes, including, but not limited to, use in connection with print and electronic media and publication on the internet, and hereby releases and discharges the Father and Son Sports, Inc. from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright or trademark, or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of the rights granted hereunder.

By agreeing to this, the registered adult player hereby acknowledges that (A) each of them has read this Release and Indemnity Agreement and understand that each of them has given up substantial rights by signing this document, and (B) each of them is voluntarily executing this Release and Indemnity Agreement.

Conduct

This not a serious competition and you will only make myself look like a fool if you get out of line, argue with a referee, or treat others disrespectfully. Come with the right attitude and be a leader in fun!

NEW Registration Form

Below are a few things to know before signing up.

On the first page of the registration form, you need to add the total number of tickets/players (i.e. 1 ticket per player) that you want to register to play. Each player needs a ticket. On the next page you will add information for EACH player.
The PRIMARY CONTACT will receive all emails regarding event information and updates.
EVERY player needs to be registered under the ATTENDEE INFORMATION section.
Due to limitations of the new system, if you would like a copy of all the information filled out on the registration form, you will need to PRINT IT BEFORE clicking continue to pay. The player information WILL NOT be included in your confirmation email.
